Shipping policy
Processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic shipping (within Spain):
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days

International shipping:
- Shipping times vary depending on the destination country. Standard delivery times are typically 5-10 business days, but delays can occur due to customs processing or other unforeseen factors.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Vertmouth is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipping to multiple addresses: If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each destination.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses: Please double-check the shipping address you provide when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
Damaged or Lost Packages: If you receive a damaged package or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at rigvertt@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
